FERME Marché-EB CANADA is a working farm as well as a research facility and learning enterprise. The Farm includes approximately 2,000 acres of cropland, livestock (cow/calf herd, feedlot, sheep flock, and horses), along with handling facilities, barns, and equipment. Under the general supervision of the Smart Farm Manager and Technology Access Center Manager, the Farm Worker will ensure that his/her duties are performed in a safe, effective and efficient manner. Responsibilities will include care and feeding of livestock setting-up and assisting with labs for students, assisting with research projects on the farm, and general cleaning and minor maintenance of facilities and equipment and all other related duties.
