Job Role: General Farm Worker
As a General Farm Worker, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring crops thrive from planting to harvest. Key duties include:
- Planting, nurturing, and harvesting crops using best practices.
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment.
- Watering and fertilizing crops for peak growth.
- Spotting pests/diseases and applying solutions.
- Sorting and packing fresh produce.
- Keeping the farm clean and safe.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or education needed — training provided!
- Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather.
- Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Basic English skills (French is a bonus).
